Ian Howes – In Memory of Barbara Howes
In 2025, Ian Howes has generously sponsored the Ballaarat Solo Competition in memory of his late wife, Barbara Howes. Barb was a great volunteer and friend of the Ballaarat Solo Competition for many years. She was the Grandma of two competitors performing in these items.
